Harry Potter Movie / Swan Drive-in
July 15 - August 04
Located at 651 Summit Street. Built in 1949 this historic theater is open nightly through the summer. Now showing Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince! Rated PG. Come out and sit under the stars, eat a funnel cake, have a hotdog and enjoy the movie. Showtime is at 9:15 p.m. Adults are $6.00, Children 4-11 are $3.00, 3 and under are free. Bring a blanket or a lawnchair or you can sit in your car.

Classic Musical Comedy / The Fantasticks
July 31- Aug 2, Aug 7 - 9 & Aug. 14 - 16
Located at 11 Mountain Street next to Blue Jeans Pizza. The Fantastics is one of the longest running plays off Broadway and is an American classic that brings audiences back again and again to hear the story of "A boy, a girl, two fathers, and a wall" and the music that defined generations. An evening of true theatrical magic. Show times are Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 P.M. and Sundays at 2:00 P.M. Tickets are $15.00 with discounts available for groups, seniors and children. Smokey Bear's Birthday Party
August 01
Located off highway 64 in West, Copperhill at the Ocoee Whitewater Center in Ducktown, TN. Help celebrate Smokey's birthday. 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Free cake and ice cream and Smokey HUGS! Birthday Cake carved at 1:00 p.m. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy a day by the river with games, activities, fire prevention messages, prize drawings and demonstrations. Farmers Market / Mountain Fresh Market

Located off 515 at the Cohutta Pet & Feed. Local farmers set up with their crops for sale, farm fresh eggs, produce etc.... also locally made products and crafts. Every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Vendors pay $3.00 for market space and they set their own prices for the items they sell.

Located in the Ron Henry Horseshoe Bend Park , McCaysville, GA. Pickin' in the Park - every Thursday, 6:00 PM to dusk. Live music jams and pickin' on the banks of the Toccoa River at the Horseshoe Bend Park in McCaysville. Free Admission. And the park is wheelchair accessible. Come out, bring the whole family to enjoy the experience. Scattered picnic tables available, nice grassy lawn but you are also welcome to bring a blanket or chair. Hilarious Comedy / Greater Tuna

Located at the Blue Ridge Community Theater.This is a hilarious comedy about Texas third smallest town, where the Lion's Club is too liberal and Patsy Cline never dies. The eclectic band of citizens that make up this town are portrayed by only two performers, making this satire on life in rural America even more delightful as they depict all of the inhabitants of Tuna; men, women, children and animals.
